Marlboro Electric is affiliated with various state and national organizations that enhance the service we provide our members. CEE-US (Cooperative Electric Energy Utility Supply): central material supplier for SC electric co-ops
CEPC (Central Electric Power Cooperative): Generation and transmission cooperative from which Marlboro receives electricity.
ECSC (Electric Cooperatives of South Carolina): statewide organization to which all 20 electric co-ops in our state belong
NRECA (National Rural Electric Cooperative Association): since 1942, NRECA has represented electric cooperatives throughout the United States
PEDC (South Carolina Power Team): economic development and marketing member of the South Carolina Power Team ... the balance of the Team consists of Central Electric Power Cooperative (CEPC) along with its 15 member co-ops and Santee-Cooper
Santee Cooper (South Carolina Public Service Authority): generator and wholesale supplier of electricity to 15 of the 20 electric cooperatives of our state
SCCC (South Carolina Chamber of Commerce): our state's largest and most prestigious broad-based business trade association
SC Cooperative Council: an organization of cooperatives throughout South Carolina that promotes cooperative education through quality programs
SCDC (South Carolina Department of Commerce): representing our state's pro-business economy to corporations throughout the world
SCAHACC (South Carolina Association of Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors): promotes quality design & installation of indoor comfort systems

NESA The North Eastern Strategic Alliance (NESA) is a regional economic development organization that serves a nine-county region in the northeast corner of South Carolina. NESA's primary objective is to significantly enhance the quality of life for residents of the region by creating additional jobs and capital investment within the existing industry base, recruiting new companies and expanding tourism-related development.
